K K Lim, Principal Consultant
KK is Managing Director of Profiles of HongKong Ltd, one of the region’s leading human resources consultancy firms. He had more than 30 years experience in international banking serving as senior executive for banks such as ABN-AMRO, Standard Chartered and Macquarie Bank in Europe, Asia and Australia. In 1992, he was one of the pioneer foreign bankers to establish investment banking business in China where he built lasting local relationships around the country.
KK conducts regular workshops and seminars in leadership and management for clients throughout the region in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.  

Molly Lim, Consultant
Molly comes with a background in information services, with degrees from Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. A specialist in people development, Molly has also trained at Dale Carnegie Training, Hong Kong and as a certified Executive Coach from Australia. She has handled clients in Malaysia, Australia, China and Hong Kong which include multinationals and local organizations. Her main areas of focus are catering to corporate needs ranging from communication training to executive coaching and mentoring.

Danny Chan – Senior Consultant
Danny has been a learning & development professional since the late 1980’s, involved in strategic planning, design and delivery of programs for selected clients. Prior to deciding on consultancy, he served in a number of multinational companies as training and development manager, including at Hutchison Telecommunications Ltd for over ten years. His strong motivational and communication style have combined well with his corporate work experience to provide what his thousands of participants have described as “motivating and rewarding learning”. He has conducted a wide range of training programs covering topics from train-the-trainer to communication and supervisory skills. The emphasis of his workshops are on application using learned practical skills as the learning focus.

Diane Chan
Diane is a dedicated consultant who has lengthy experience at very senior levels including working as Divisional General Manager of Dell, Greater China and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Career Times since the mid 1980s. She is also a certified NLP practitioner and executive coach. Over the past two years, she has used her passion for learning to create opportunities in consultancy and training, catering to the needs of clients. She is deeply committed to achieving excellence in organizational and people development.

Ray Lee
Ray Lee has 16 years of extensive business and educational experience.  He has conducted various training programs for corporate and government organisations locally and in overseas, covering Dell Computer, IBM China China/Hong Kong, Vtech, Polar HK, the Hong Kong Government, MAN Roland Greater China, Philips Australia, Panasonic Ecology Systems, Pacific Dunlop Australia and the Vietnamese Government. 

Bessie Yeap
Bessie is a specialist in sales and marketing, call-centre management and customer service training. In an extensive work career, she was located in different countries in South East Asia, Hong Kong and China over a period of more than 10 years with Dell Computer,  Arrow Electronics (China) Limited and American Standard Asia in various management and training roles. She decided to embark on a consulting career in 2003, delivering corporate training workshops and selective executive coaching using her expertise as an Australian certified behavioral coach.
